EDMODO  ANIMOTO  ABOUT.ME  FLAVORS.ME  PREZI

  • Think of how you could use one of these tools with your students.
  • Add your ideas to your own digital portfolio. (consider language goals, digital tool to be used, time frame, steps)
  • Then, share with us the link of your lesson plan idea in the comment area below on this page.
  • Check each other's lesson plans and give some feedback to your peers in their own lesson plans.

My thoughts about the tools:
1. Edmodo - The teacher could use it to make a group of students, and assign them something to do, grade their assignments, track their work. The students may collaborate.
2. Animoto - Students and teacher could use it to make a presentation of a composer, an instrument, a piece of work.
3. About.me - Great way to collect links for various personal blogs and sites
4. Flavors.me - It seems similar to about.me, but I prefer about.me – because I have more control when giving access to FB
5. Prezi - could be compared to animoto, but more like ppt

  1. It's really fabulous how you have managed to use practically all the tools suggested by the digitols team in just five weeks! and your portfolio makes them all clear and to hand, so that they are not just seen and forgotten! I especially love the way you have really used tags - it took me forever to realise the importance of giving a large number of tags to a post or a bookmark, and here it's possible to find anything and everything... an amazing pice of work :-)
